Introduction
The module 'SF2Email V2' is a extension for pageflex storefront-portals and contains the automatic email transmission including the PDF-download for the producer (producer-email), but also the email transmission to the orderer (orderer-email) as order confirmation, instead of the existing storefront function. |

Description
| With "SF2Email V2" you are able to add or configurate deployments and producer informations for the automatically email transmission easily. The menuebar in the top array and the function of tab-sheets are very usefull for better menue navigation. The so clearly arranged and the self-explanatory user-interface make an easy handling possible. |

After executing an order, that means the order gets placed, an email will be sent to the orderer (orderer-email). This email serves as order confirmation and replaces the existing storefront-function.

After successful document calculation the producer also gets an email (producer-email) with the needed informations concerning the product order.

The new version "SF2Email V2" enables you to adapt the transmission-emails (producer-email and orderer-email) quick and easy via Editor according to your wishes. There is also the possibility to insert for example "placeholder" (Storefront-Fields), to adapt textes, colorize them or to deposit terms of colour. The editor can be used in the same way for the orderer-emails, as well as for the producer-emails. |

Another new function of "SF2Email V2" is the possibility to administrate templates for the email-transmission to the producer. There is the possibility to deposit different templates depending on the product attribute. |

| During the design-creation you are able to generate an template preview, that means without placing a new order, so you are able to see the generated content based on the data of an existing document-order (including PDF-Download-Link). |
