Introduction

The extension 'SF2OrderList' is a Pageflex Storefront-Extension and it's about an order-overview for Power- and Admin-User, where all orders of all users will be shown.

In this overview, you have the possibility to filter the orders inside a certain period, after Order-ID, or after the state of order. You have also the potential to filter after the orderer.

Description

There are two views in the order-overview: Documents and Orders.

The view 'Documents' contains several documents on shopping cart-level, independent from the orderer.
This view offers the possibility to copy some documents into your own shopping cart, so to speak to 'clone' the documents.
Another feature is the export of orders into Excel.
The 'PDF-Button' offers additional the alternative to see the order again via PDF.

On the contrary, the view "Orders" show only the shopping carts (Orders) and not the particular documents.
Here you can filter after the state, e.g. 'closed', 'sent' or 'in process'.

Further informations:

In the menu of the strorefront-portal a new menu item will get integrated, e.g. named 'Order statistic', to be able to open the order-overview.
But only authorized users or user groups are able to see this menu item, for example the administrator.
