Introduction
The extension "SF2QualityCheck" is an extension for pageflex storefront-portals and enables an active involvement of customers to show an easy form of quality management system.
Description
With this module, the carrier of the storefront-deployment can send e-mails to the orderer at the transmission time of the ordered product.
The orderer has the possibility to give a feedback (via link in the email) concerning to the delivery and quality of the ordered products.
The link leads to a comment page, where the orderer can leave a comment to the ordered products and have choice to inform the portal-carrier about the correctness of delivery.
"SF2QualityCheck" - quality management, contains the following features:
- A site map of all orders with at least one not-sent document:
- Choice of one or more documents via checkbox.
- Afterwards the chosen documents will get marked as "sent" and
the orderer gets an email.
- This mail contains a link to a valuation page.
- The site maps will be secured by login.
- Valuation page for the orderer:
- Here the orderer can choose for all documents of the shopping cart, if the quality is satisfactorily.
- It would be also possible, that the orderer leave a comment per document, if the quality has been unsatisfied.
- A site map of all orders with at least one sent document:
- All quality responses of the orderers will be shown here.
- All documents, marked as 'ok', can get charged.
- If an orderer has given no feedback about the order quality, e.g. for a longer time than 2 weeks, the relevant row, will get marked in terms of colour.

- Storefront-Patch, if the Version 6.0.1 is in use
- Email-Server for outbounded-emails
