Introduction

The module 'SF2sfUser' is a extension for pageflex storefront-portals, which is quite similar to the extension 'SF2User'. With it you are also quite simply able to fill the 'FormFilling-values' with user- and personnel data.

Description

In addition, the user can see a select list of all users in the 'FormFilling-Step', for whom he is authorized. If he now choose an entry out of this select list, the 'FormFilling-fields' will get filled automatically with the stored data. As data source serves the user data base of the Storefront.
The difference to the module 'SF2User' is that here is no need for an extra administrator user interface.

The module 'SF2sfUser - Personnel selection' contains, amongst others, the following features:

• Selecting a location via DropDownList
  Restriction of the free selectable personnel

• Storefront-User array: a user can have the following 3 qualifications
  
  
  • Admin: he is allowed to select all users
    
  • Location admin: he is only allowed to select the user of his location
  • no qualification: This one is not allowed to select any user

Use case

For example to create business cards.
To save time, not every single field has to be filled, because the fields will get filled automatically after the user has been chosen.
