Introduction

The module 'SF2User' is a extension for pageflex storefront-portals.
With it you are quite simply able to fill the 'FormFilling-values' with user- and personnel data.

Description

In addition, the user can see a select list of all users in the 'FormFilling-Step', for whom he is authorized. If he now choose an entry out of this select list, the 'FormFilling-fields' will get filled automatically with the stored data. As data-source for the user data, an own data base parallel to the Pageflex Storefront has to be maintained.
The user data can get administrated easily and clearly represented in an own admininstrator page. Here is also the possiblity of a structuring after location.

The module 'SF2User - Personnel selection' contains, amongst others, the following features:

• Selecting a location via DropDownList
  Restriction of the free selectable personnel

• Storefront-User array: a user can have the following 3 qualifications
  
  
  • Admin: he is allowed to select all users
    
  • Location admin: he is only allowed to select the user of his location
  • no qualification: This one is not allowed to select any user

• Im-/Export-function of data files (for example Excel)

Use case

For example to create business cards.
To save time, not every single field has to be filled, because the fields will get filled automatically after the user has been chosen.
