Introduction

The module "Single Sign-On" (SSO) is a extension for Pageflex Storefront-Portals, that a user can access all computers and services after one authentication, when he is authorized, without registering always again and again.

Description

The aim of the Single Sign-Ons is that the user has to register only one times, with the help of the authentication method (e. g. via entering password)
After this, the SSO-mechanism carries the function to idfentify the user.

Via 'http-Post' the Single Sign-On-page will be retrieved and the user data, like loginname and password, will be transfered.

• Via the value of the Hash the validity of the entries will be checked.
• After this the system checks, due to the user name, if the user already exists in the storefront system.
• If the user is unknown in the storefront system, a new user will be created.
• Afterwards the userdata, like address, name and so on, will get transfered into the storeront system.
• The user will be assigned to a storefront-usergroup, alternatively the group will get changed. (optional interaction)
• Concluding this the 'real' SSO to the storefront system will be executed.
